The
Sam Harry Foundation Dinner & Auction was held at
Boeger Winery in Placerville on September 25, 2004. The
auction raised $45,000 for pediatric brain tumor
research.
The
evening included both a silent and live auction, dancing to live
music provided by Custom
Neon, and a buffet dinner including wine, beer, dessert and
coffee.
Items
being auctioned off on behalf of pediatric brain tumor research
included many provided by local businesses and individuals, including
sports memorabilia, artwork, travel, lodging, entertainment, handmade
items, homemade meals, and gift certificates for restaurants,
retail stores and service organizations. |
